Please specify this in your offer to me. ^That's why you haven't found anyone. It's a common mistake people make when trying to find writers. You guys assume we need something more than our writing skills to give you a good article. I have never been to either of those places but if I were to write articles on them, the reader wouldn't know that. All of the must be a female, must be under 25, must have personal knowledge is irreverent in most cases. The "must know" obstacles are over come by researching the subject. I have written articles from the perspective of many different kinds of people. I have even written reviews for products I have never tried. The reader couldn't possible know the difference from written text! Just as you won't know if the writer has actually visited those places when you hire them.
