Wanted to use paypal,but my country is not supported,any help?

Hello.
I am in a country which is not supported with paypal,but I want to use paypal aswell because its very popular.
well is there anyway to withdrow the funds from there,I verified through a bank account I bought from here and a VCC for paypal.
my country is not supported with Xoom.com aswell.
any tips?

So better dont go for paypal account,if u r ready to take some risk ,then buy a dedicated US IP (not VPN),open a US based Paypal account and then verify with bank account (u can find many sellers in BST section).

 

yes thats fine,but the point how to withdrow?

 

There is one member Hellfire (not sure about exact username) ,he sells bank accounts with debit card.So u can use those debit card to withdraw money.

 

Thats great but he is out of the stock now,I will wait him to get new accounts again,but any other solutions?
VMI cards is it works fine with paypal?
I know that they were working with ACH but now they disabled,dont know if they will get it back or not,but if yes does this work?
I can buy VMI card and ship it to my country and withdrow from paypal to it.

I have no idea on how these cards work,may be u should contact seller and ask him all the details.
