Wanted to learn creating website on WP need help!!

if you have a web hosting company that allows a "one-click" install feature for wordpress (many do) - then you can install it and experiment around yourself - its sometimes the best way to learn.

Then all you have to do is learn how to upload a theme and a plugin to change the look and add more features to it.

 

Don't use the one click installation! It can not properly create database, and you will face lots of problems. Here is a very good article on installing wordpress manually:
