    Great idea... I am looking for a programmer to start a website for me. It will take a couple weeks for sure but how do I know they are only working on my project and their individual skill level?

    When is payment due and what happens if they can't fulfill the mandate?

    And will never do work for any other Person

    It was supposed to be delivered on 1st September (Not Yet Delivered)

    well, I won't deny that I was the reason of being late for some days

    But still, there is some delay :(

    What kind of quality worker do you hire? I mean, if you hire a programmer, what skills do they possess and what experience level to do they possess? Obviously someone with a college degree and someone who doesn't have one will have different abilities. Someone with many successful projects will be different from someone with none. So, how will we know what kind of worker we'll be receiving?

    that has more than 2 Years Experience
    and also Bachelor or Master Degree Holder......
    We don't has any persons that just did an Diploma of Something
    About Skills you can check from above........

    We don't has any Refund Policy.....
    Because if your Project will be an Big Project and Programmer will not able Complete in 1 month.

    For Example you said him about an Project which Required more than 3 months........

    and you says programmer to Complete in 20 days or an month. than its not an Good Thing also........

    Does your company sign non-compete agreements?

    Do you give an estimate of the time frame BEFORE charging the money?
