wanted to buy sites starting with 100 per month plus up to 5k

i want to buy good sites that are 110 percent making atleast 200 a month.
if you have it, and you want to sell i will buy them asap.
i have been looking for along time now, and just seem to always miss out.
i am prepared to pay in this scale

200 a month $1850
300 a month $2850....

i will only buy sites that have proper proof, and i will have to check all that
