Have a new project and need a programmer. I should recieve my funding for this project on Wed. Dec. 11, 2006. I can send you more details via PM. I would expect this job will take approx 40 hours initially. And possibly 20-40 more billable hours upon review, testing, and revisions. Need PHP, SQL, and Flash experience. Flash with video is required as well. Would like an hourly rate, location, and resume.
