I am looking for someone that is good at Flash. I need a flash piece for the homepage of one of my websites. I have an image of the United States that you will use for the flash. I need for when someone scrolls over a particular state, that state would then change to a darker shade. The state would be linked to the page for that state. I don't need any text to appear on the state when it is rolled over...just for that state to change it's color. So, all I would need is the one flash piece when finished.
