Wanted - someone to write a script for me, see details.

I am looking for someone to write a script for me. I’ll try and explain what I need as clearly as I can. Picture a myspace or ticker site – the user selects a picture, types in text, and then code is generated for them to paste into a bulletin board posting or a myspace layout. The code is for the picture they selected with their text over it. The benefit for the webmaster is to have links going back to their site, with keywords in the code.

I would like to have code written in which a user goes to a page and types in a name. Then they push a button and VOILA, a few types of code come up for them to select and copy – “html,” “PseudoHTML, UBBCode™ or BBCode”, “Ezcode” and “Image URL.” The name they type goes over the picture – and I want the text to be able to fit on the picture – we can limit the user’s amount of characters to type. I want the code to link back to my site, and I want to be able to change keywords in the link back whenever I want. So they basically type in a name, push a button and copy code from my site into their posting or layout. Then they get the image, and I get the link back with keywords.

I don’t know if I can afford having this done for me – let’s just say I’m “shopping.” Is there anyone who can do this for me, and I’ll see if I can afford it? Thanks!
