WANTED: Someone to convert Microsoft Word docs into HTML

    I have Microsoft Word docs that I want converted into HTML.

    Yes, Microsoft Word has the ability to export to HTML, but the resulting HTML is ghastly horrible. It is completely unacceptable.

    I want nice clean hand-rolled HTML with proper <h2> and <h3> tags. I want proper <ul>'s and <ol>'s and my content often uses nested lists.
