[Wanted] Someone to code a phpBB Skin

    Hello,

    I need someone to Fully code/intergrade this skin into phpBB, here is the skin: http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/4465/arcadecityforumsgq4.jpg

    I want it to be coded very well, so please, this work is only for phpBB experts.

    My budget is: mid $xx

    If you are intersted, please post your offer and provide for me some of your phpbb work, and how much time it may takes.

    Note: I need the skin to be coded with phpBB v2.0.21 becouse I have a mod to add it and it only works on v2.0.21

    I'm sure some one generous would do it for the $XX figure, but generally, such services MAY run into the $XXX range.
