WANTED: Someone code PSD to XHTML/CSS - $25 paypal ASAP

    Need someone to code PSD to XHTML/CSS for $25 or less and needs to be completed in next couple hours.

    Here is the design and I also have the .psd.

    Things required:
    Needs to be setup nice for SEO. This site will have a lot of inner links and text and needs to be SE friendly.
    Centered of course. Centered for 1024 x 768
    Toll Free number as text - I need to change that number...
