Hi, I would like to have a piece of software built that would integrate with a web site. Basically the software would allow people to design their own text on various t-shirt samples, manipulate the fonts, change the colours, add there own image and the output would be an image file which used for pritning onto a t-shirt. See this website for an example http://www.shirtmagic.com/design/ or http://www.spreadshirt.net/en/GB/Create-t-shirt/Designer-59/ The closest i have seen to an off the shelf piece of software is but its very expensive. http://www.harboarts.com/shirtdesigner/ I would like to know if this is best delivered as a piece of sofware or if it should be coded all in Flash? If you are interested and think you could deliver this project please PM me so we can scope the requirements out. Stew
Well if you want it to be a software please contact me. I do know Visual C+, Visual C#, and Visual Basics 2005.
Hi MrAlvarado, If we went down the software route, would it be able to integrate with a website easily. I would be interested to talk further regarding a proof of concept design and cost asscociated with this? Can you PM me to understand the next steps? S
We started building prototype of web based design system. It was never completed, because my partner unexpectedly went bankrupt. This caused me lots of losses, and the project was shelved. The prototype is buggy, probably doesn't work in IE demo gallery <= contains 6 cards, created within 5-7 min period using editor prototype How it works: All elements are drag'n'drop Step 1. Choose template or create document; Step 2. Text (after you choose color, size, font the artwork must be "merged". from this point it becomes not editable); Step 3. Image (choose library element, or upload /adjust own); Step 4. Save as JPG or PDF
