A while back I had hired a good friend to help write a cms script. It functions like this: Admin backend: Episode Editor - Allows me to enter a full description of the episode Reference Editor - Allows approval/deletion of references from the episodes Episode Image Editor - Allows approval/deletion of user uploaded screens Comments editor - Allows approval/deletion of comments on user's profiles User script: Sign up, ability to post references to already posted episodes, upload screens per episode, custom avatar, comment on other's profile pages. The issues are many, but the script itself is pretty well built it's just a matter of adding real functionality to make it a fully running user driven site. The graphic ability will be for total integration, I don't have the time to make too many changes I want a fully functional site. This is for a tv show on a domain I've let sit without any updates, it's far past time this gets done. I don't have a whole lot of money, so keep that in mind my budget is probably around $100 and may increase for further updates to the script at future times as needed.
