Wanted: sites earning $1000 or more per month

I am looking for solid sites to buy which can be developed further or which have a solid earnings base and don't need much maintenance. Here are my criteria:

1) Earning 1k$ per month or more. Max: $25k a month.
2) Must get majority of traffic from search engines. Good pagerank and serps preferred.
3) No spam sites. No spam backlinks. No cloaking. No redirects.
4) Earnings must have some history. 6 months or more.
5) All earnings and referrals must be independently verifiable. I'll need more than a screen shot. If the site is a biggie, I'll need a face to face meeting.

 

Bump. Come on guys. You telling me there are no decent sites for sale out there?

 

i dont think anyone would sell a domain earning $1K per month if i had such a website i would advertise it more and earn more money hell $12 K per year isnt bad !!!!

If the site is making $1000/mo and has been for the past 6 months do you really think they need the quick cash from a sale? I know if I had a site earning $1000 a month I certainly wouldn't be looking to sell it. I'd keep promoting it and working towards it making $5000/mo, $10,000/mo, etc. Or possibly duplicating the effort on another site and so forth.

Really...selling a $1000/mo site with little maintenance. I think that's what everyone here is aiming towards.

 

You should try SitePoint, people are selling big stuff there. All I know is that I'm not going to sell my 1K per month there because most people can't be trusted.
