Wanted: Site Builder

    I want to give somebody a URL and site concept, and they do the design and build 50-100 content pages on the site that are very relevant. I would prefer to use just .html files with no real CMS of any sort (so you really will create 50-100 pages). You will not do seo, marketing, or anything like that - this is a design, content, and page creation job only.

    I want to know how much time/money you would charge for this.

    If I find somebody with a decent rate/time estimate then I may give you several jobs in the near future for similiar work.

    who provides the content? and could you pm me an example of how its going to be done (e.g. example site concept, relevant sites examples)

    Hi Discreet,

    I should be able to help out. The size of the niche and site topic would help me determine how large of a site I could develop for you. Other clients I work with have very similar requirements. Most sites I develop are typically hundreds of pages. I'm basically given a domain name to work with, which I build from the ground up, to include related articles, affiliate programs, rss feeds etc, aswell as always making sure to keep the search engines in mind.

    Since two people asked this, I'll try to answer it here.

    The content will be provided by you. I would really prefer unique content. Duplicated content has little value to me.

    As for how it will be done. You'll be given a domain name (i.e. BuildYourCapital.com - yes, that is one of my domains that hasn't been setup yet).

    That site I plan to turn into a venture capital/angel investing information website.

    So you would have to find information related to that, create pages for it, and then put those pages up on the site.

    It's not a really hard thing to do, just time consuming and I don't have the time to do it.
