Simple....I think. I need a form on my site (CGI / PHP??): instead of sending all results to a single email or file, needs to send results to one of three, based on form selections. Let me explain.... I need a survey type form where the visitor selects answers to questions. Each input (answer / selection) would have 1 of 4 hidden values assigned. 1. Negative, 2. Neutral, 3. Positive and 4. Not Applicable There would be 3 possible destinations for submissions A) Forms with 1 or more negative answers B) Forms with no negative answers, but less than 100% positive answers C) Forms with 100% Positive answers and no negative (separate email notification and redirects for A,B and C results) The N/A values would have no effect on parsing. It would be a HUGE PLUS if a user interface (desktop and internet) could be included to allow simpletons like me to modify form questions, assign values, change form size, border and background colors. I would require exclusive rights to this script. Any thoughts, suggestions and input appreciated. Thanks!! <<<<<< Clarification >>>>>>>> If possible, I would like the form submission to trigger a PHP script. I would like someone to write code for a script that can do the task described above. <<<<<< question for coders>>>>> Can the form be created and the required values assigned (easily) without a specialized form generator??
Sounds doable, however depending on the level of control over editing questions that you're looking for it may or may not be that simple. If you wish to be able to modify the questions by editing a file, that's fine. However, if you need a user interface for editing purposes, then we're probably looking at a database driven soluton. Which one do you prefer? And if you don't mind you could drop me a message with your approx budget allowance so that I could figure out the best I can offer for the money. Thanks.
Hey. I can complete the job for $20 without the user interface to add/edit questions. PM me if you're interested. Thanks.
