Hi. I need some quotes for the following. I need a simple reminder service, where I can enter in some details of clients and what service they have taken out with us, then I can set that reminder time prior to the Renewal due date for specific clients, then the service will simply email me with that reminder for us to invoice the client. Simple job really. I don't need reporting facilities. The look and layout can be as simple as possible also. I need is some basic fields for: Company Name Service Provided Start Date of Service Renewal Date of Service (set it to either: 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, Quarterly, 6 monthly, Yearly, 2 Years) Renewal Price Set the number of days prior to the reminder to email me with the data. That's it. Once this information is entered in the system, the system will send me an email reminding me of who to invoice. I will need the ability to add/remove/edit this data. Kind regards, Matt.
