[WANTED] Quote For a File Upload and Zip Script (PHP)

First off, this currently only a request for quotes. Not even sure I'm going to buy the script yet. That said, this is what I need:

A well-commented, secure PHP script that does the following:
    1. The user uploads a single file on Page1
    2. The file is zipped and given a random name
    3. The file is placed in a directory (i.e. /uploads)
    4. The script then calls on cleanup.php, which scans /uploads for files older than one week and deletes them
    5. The user is sent to Page2 where he can download his file

It should be noted that the script must call on cleanup.php (which must also be coded by you), and then continue to step 5, without waiting for cleanup.php to finish. The whole point of a separate file is to not slow down the script and keep the user waiting.

How much would something like this cost me?

    Thanks,
    Peter

www.onlinezip.net offers a script that does that and more for 35 dollars. Is that the cheapest I'm going to find it?

I have worked out a deal with somebody on this forum, and it looks like the job is closed.

Thanks to all for your replies,
    Peter
