WANTED: Quick CSS code for split table $5 paypal

    Need a simple CSS code for a simple one page split table layout.

    Just need the it split right down the middle with a border.

    Needs to fit 1024 x 768 or like 90% of it.

    Here is an example of what I need, this is very simple.
