[WANTED]Quality web2.0 website designer

ok, every time i ask for a web2.0 designer i get the odd few people who show a portfolio of sites that were made in 1995 or are from the budget part of templatemonster.com, if you are one of those people i can half tell what good design is and what is rubbish

i am looking for someone to create me a web 2.0 style site (simple, clean, large buttons, large text, white background) similar to www.skype.com
