    I'm looking to hire a programmer to complete a one-page landing design PSD into a Bootstrap 3 or Bootstrap 4 template.

    Requirements:
    • Must be fully responsive for various screen resolutions
    • Code needs to be clean and readable
    • There will be custom CSS3 animations as well as other effects- you will also need to know JavaScript and jQuery
    • You will need to explain to me your process and how you coded it
