Is the header and footer coded ? if yea i guess i can give it a try but i dont have a portfolio as in such am i eligible
Yes, I'll PM you the exact details. There is an old site which has forum integration, and we're moving over to a new system and a new forum board (PHPBB). So it'll be taking the old skin, and making it work with PHPBB basically - granted it won't look the exact same ... header/footer should be the same, content bit just needs to be neat and tidy
I don't have a portfolio ready together, but I have the credentials. I can do it cheaper since I don't have as many written out achievements. This type of project is something that I am very familiar with, and it would not take very long. PM me if you still need somebody.
