WANTED - PHP Webdesigner For Innovative Website

I have come up with an idea that will actually make me lots of money in the near future.

I have the template for the website developed by a graphic designer.
However, now I need someone to code the template in PHP and have a registration feature, password feature etc.

My current coder is lazy and I am going to sack him.

Now I understand web designers charge a lot of money but I need a good quote and a talented web designer who can code this template in PHP in 1 month.

The launch for this secret website is in the summer.

Therefore, I cannot reveal the details of this website on here.

However, I need a web designer who will code this website in PHP and will have to be experienced, good attitude and a ruthless streak to work under pressure. I will pay you once the whole website is coded. Therefore, my template needs to be coded and the following functions are needed.

• PHP Registration feature
• Payment Feature
• E-mail Activation feature for registered members
• JavaScript Funtions where appropriate

This is an innovative idea I came up with 6 months ago.

I did a marketing plan about this and my ambition and passion for marketing will be achieved if I can get a talented coder who can code the template, not make excuses and be confident to take this project.
