[wanted] PHP Programmer

    Need a PHP programmer to develop something similar to Google or Yahoo Groups where users can login and search for groups to join, and then post messages to that groups homepage. I'd like this developed in OOP using PHP5 (but will consider PHP4). Please PM with rates and examples of prior work. If work is completed to satisfaction, there will be immediate future work available.
