*WANTED* - PHP Programmer Now!

    Hi Guys,

    I am now looking for a PHP programmer that can...

    Extract a 1000 records from a very large SQL dump text file.
    A rate function for each record.
    Review each record, with admin approval.
    Admin has to be able to add a description / picture to each record.
    Show latest 5 reviews on the home page.
    Make use of a Google Maps API.
    Simple Search.
    Programmer should also have basic design skills.
    Can accept Paypal.

    I am looking to work with someone / company for future projects as well.
