Once again, I need someone to finish a project that the last programmer failed on, after receiving 1/2 the money!

    http://www.nokiachargers.com
    Code (markup):
The site has been 90% converted from tables to css based entries, but has a few css issues. This appears due to the previous programmer knowing a little php, but nothing about css.

Although I'm capable of spending the hours required to make the css changes, frankly I don't have time to spend on this.

I need someone who can finish the conversion, keeping in mind that this has to render in more than just one browser, namely IE7, IE7, FF, Chrome.

The person selected will need to amend the css (and underlying php code) so that the following pages render properly, keeping in mind that 80% of the work is already complete:

    Home Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/index.php

    Generic Categories Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/categories.php

    Single Specific Category Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/Nokia.php

    Generic Products Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/products.php

    Search Results Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/search_result.php

    View Cart Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/cart.php

    Cart Checkout Page
    http://www.nokiachargers.com/cart.php

    Code (markup):
Most other pages will be hand crafted by myself...

Please keep in mind that whoever successfully wins this job and completes it satisfactorily will be the preferred candidate for future work which includes a ton of phase II modifications to this cart, and creation of an integrated seller interface for managing more than a dozen similar carts.

If you are interested, please advise of your rates, estimate for the above job, similar experience, and estimated time to complete this...

    Thanks!
