Wanted: php/mysql programmer for ecommerce

I am on the hunt for a skilled php/mysql programmer that has hands-on experience developing ecommerce web sites.
Usage of commercial or open-source ecommerce programs is fine, but I need to know you are skilled enough to make hard-coded changes, if required.
