I've been working on a project for about six months and I'm at the point where I need someone who can put all the pieces together for me. The SQL db is already created and the template for the site is already done. I need someone who can link the features together. I have a pretty straight forward guide from my old DMS manager on what exactly needs to be done. What I want is someone reliable who will complete the project on time and on budget. The site is www.gogets.com which is up and running just none of the features work because the links have not been established nor have then been setup with the SQL db. Please be detailed about what you will need to complete this project when you respond to the RFP. This is a much larger project then I'm used too so I want to make sure I'm clear about yours and my expectations.
