Wanted: PHP Function to open a Word document (.doc), replace a string, and save

I'm looking for someone to create a simple function for me like this:

function replace_word_doc($in_file, $in_find, $in_replace) returns TRUE or FALSE

It should accept a path to a word document (.doc file extension), and a string that should be searched for, and the string that the other string should be replaced with.

It will open the file, replace the string, and save the document.
