Hi all. I want a script in which the registered users as well as guest visitors can fill a form to upload data in a MySQL DB. Optonally, the users can also upload a PDF file along with it. The users can also post comments to the article. The following features are required: 1) Upload a PDF file along with the form data (Optional) 2) Ability to post comments or add new keywords for search by regisyered users and guest visitors 3) The uploaded PDF could not be downloaded. That is, it can only be viewed online (just like google books)
