Wanted: Optimise My MySQL Database & Website Code.

    1. Optimise MySQL Database
    2. Optimise Website / Code.

    The website runs fine but when we get around 200 users online it goes very slow.

    I have a quad core quad xeon server so it is very powerful and should not do this.
