WANTED: Open Source Software Consulting

    Im launching a free / open source application and I need some consultation. Should have experience in the following sections:
    1. Open source license types
    2. Project management
    3. Making money from open source projects
    4. Distributing the application
    5. Finding contributers to open source projects (programmers, marketers, web design, graphic design, etc)
    6. Anything else I can think of.

    I guess I should add that my budget is $40, but that should be for 3 emails or 60 minutes of phone conversation / online chat.

    Well its backup software, but the questions are general for open source, because I plan to offer a few open source apps.
