Buying Wanted one Honest, Reliable , Quick Turn-around kind of a guy

I've background in HTML/CSS.
I don't know PHP. (something I wish to learn)
I know SEO very well.
I can sell projects very well and provide oversight, client management, project management
I'm honest, Upfront and my payment is fast (over paypal)
I need someone ethical who will stand behind his code in case few modifications are required to assure that client is completely happy with project.
I'll pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion once the work is done.

I have roughly 1-2 projects coming in everyweek.
I need someone who is quick with HTML/CSS and understands PHP as well.

I'm not looking to work with different people everyday. I would rather work with someone and establish a relationship.

Last person that I worked with was from here on DP forums, We worked wonderful together for over 6 months. He was in Manila and I'm sitting here in US and we never met. It's wonderful when those things work out. He got little too greedy for his own good and I'm in a market looking for another on-going web guy.
