    You may try my PR3 dBest directory - for $6.99 lifetime listing. It is quite strong with innerpages ranging PR2-PR4.:)

    I think you may be able to get several listings for $5 but I do not think you will get a site wide lifetime listing on many directories for $5.
    You may find some of those on PR0 directories but don't think many will sell you that for PR3 or above. JMO
