I need double opt in newsletter installed on my new site. I will write the first letter, I just need it to be working and have some sort of a program that does it. I also need a "send to" email form. You see them everywhere where there is a field for "subject" "name" "email" and a rectangular field for the message. It would be great to find someone that could do both.
