Wanted new layout (light on the graphics)

I am looking for quotes for a resign of my video bookmarking site. I do not like graphic heavy sites and I like sites like current.com.

My dream would have a site that looks like the new Del.icio.us (see link below).

Not too sure what you are asking for, but I am looking for the layout which will consist of the html and css code. I will plug the data back in when the design is completed.
