WANTED: Moving a Fantastico WP Blog to Another Server Instructions?

    I will pay someone to write the exact steps to move a FANTASTICO WP Blog to a new server.

    I would need it written as ...

    Step 1 --
    Step 2 --
    ETC.

    Please either reply here or PM me what you would charge to do this --

    (I don't have alot of money :( But figure it shouldn't be too detailed?)
