    Thanks mistermix, have started submitting to some of those. Also added a couple to stpt.com at 99 dollars a time! But pr6 internals is nice :)

    This is a niche Dir, but your original didn't specify if they needed to be general directories or not.

    http://www.planning-directory.com is PR5 on the homepage, and most categories are 4s. Custom design, a few customizations, it's been PR5 for 2-3 quarters now. Free listings w/ recip.

    It is niche-related, though. Use it if you like.

    Dirspace Web Directory should be right up your alley.
    It's PR 6 with many PR 5 cat pages.
    no site wide links
    well maintained
