    I would like a site that's not making too much, because I can only spend about $200 or less. It must have unique content. It would also be nice if it was established for a few months already.

    The site(s) I buy need to come with the domain, so I don't have to worry about duplicate content penalties.

    Not really. I can't think of anything to make a site about, so if I see some that I like, I'll buy them.
