hi there as the title says i am creating a new sms portal site i got the concept figured out and creating the website on an available template just short of the design and logo ( i mean by design is the image that demostright how the site works or the one in the about us page ) this is a web 2.0 website so the design is expected to match that ( will need the psd to help in inserting arabic text ) best bid wins and please do attach some previous work 2 days to close regards ahmed
