Nowhere is likely to have this to hand over to you, http://www.nic.uk/ is the official registrar of uk names, but I doubt they can provide a list. An alternative option is to approach http://www.domaintools.com/ and see if they can help. They monitor domain name registrations and changes and log all the info, so they are probably in a good position to offer you a list, but it would need to be a custom request as I don't think they offer this as an advertised service.
