WANTED: Joomla Coder

I have a fairly big project ahead of me, which is a lot of work, and i dont have a lot of experience in php. Im using joomla as the CMS and plan to use several extensions and custom modules to come up with the finished product. Im looking for someone with extensive joomla experience who has delivered a production site based on this and gone through all the issues before. So im looking for at least one person, possibly 2. PM me with examples of your joomla site work done, and skype /msn /google id. This will be 3 months 20+ hrs per week work for someone, and probably more after that.
