Wanted: index.php file

I need an index.php file my arcade site: arcadebusters.com.

The site was defaced and my backup index.php file was corrupted, so it's no longer linking to the database.

I would be willing to pay a small price (not over $5.00).

The script is from gamescript V.3. The site is licensed, but I bought it nearly 2 years ago on DP, and the seller never provided me with the license. Support at gamescript.net won't help me without a license number.
