This is not easy, you better have a really good budget, the #10 on google with keywords "dish network" already have 15k in backlinks, and they are quality backlinks. Not to mention many many other factors. Assume if you do have a good budget, maybe going with alternative marketing method would be more cost effective. Just my 2 cents.
Sorry to tell u, but I want to be honest with u. U wont find what u want, becos no one can guarantee top rank in the Google and ranking vary across datacenter and server and with personalization and stuffs. It also very competitive market, satellites is, so u will need to do something original with ur site to make stand out. Right now, u don't have that. Chances are, people who bid on ur project will want to use the spams to get you rank, which not good in long run.
I have talked to some SEO's that have beat 60 million competition. It takes time, definitely. However, I believe it is quite possible to beat DISH Network competition. It would require much dedication and effort. I am in contact with a very good SEO firm. I have faith that they will take my website to the top. When I suggested you use alternative marketing, I meant more in traditional media, such as fliers, postcards, local newspapers. Instead of using thousands competing with companies like dishnetwork.com, you get a much better ROI on your money.

I wish I could afford a nice ad in the print Yellow Pages - a huge cost. However, if you could just see the sales that were coming in from a low ranked website, with little traffic.
