    Hi! I have a website to launch about resume writing.
    I'm looking for an HTML coder who can create a website similar to miamiresumewriter.com (must be good technically and visually).
    I will provide you with the business plan/website requirements and your job is to put this together to create a visually appealing and well-organized website for 10 to 15 hrs.

    I will pay $2.5 per hour via paypal.

    $2.5 per hour is low for this task. I can do this in $4/hour.

    But, try not to insult every designer in the world next time... I mean, thats not even minium wage, and web design is a skill-set job. I could go bag groceries and make more money than you're paying and bagging is something handicap people can do.

    So again, thats an insult to my profession. I don't appreciate it.

    I'll do this if i can work really slow, so it takes about 5 days? Maybe just offer a 1 off payment and it will look more attractive to some people!
