WANTED - HTML creator for custom ebay pages

    As above, i run an extreme sports clothing company and want some custom pages and features on my ebay pages scrolling bars mving images etc etc. The background for each auction will stay the same and just the text and images will change.

    Sorry for not being more descriptive as i am not that literate when it comes to the terminology we need. Basically we want sexy auction pages. with a custom background and with scroll bars and imaginitive ways of displaying out items.
    As we will have multiple items we want to make sure that a basic template is made and then we an input the information about each item & photos into the code ourselves with tutorial from yourself...if this is possible!
