You forgot to say no westerners and that you are not willing to pay rates even close to what this ad suggested. :/

I guess you are referring to my post in Services.

    What I "said" was:

    * prefer someone in my timezone (+7 gmt)

    * prefer "non-western" coder for $$ reasons

I did write "lower pay" in this thread.

So you were apparently so insensed that you have misquoted me?

Too bad .. now you will probably hand me some bad rep to go along with the chip on your "western" shoulder.

Did you look at my username? Did you look at the site in my sig?

I live in Thailand. I do business in Thailand. The entire world does not revolve around the west.

Oops, I was only half right.

Your comments would be fun to play with in P&R, but I've said enough.

You small-minded twit .. just had to give me some negative rep even though it was you who was wrong.

You don't seem to have the character to match your pretended calling.

I predict that your behavior here will cost you some work .. c'mon hit me again with another red.:D

    I'm a buyer, not a seller.

It's completing a project that has the database finished, the architecture already defined and about 90% of the coding done.

One of the problems, the coder did the project with Smarty templates and I understand Smarty templates to a lesser degree than I understand PHP .. which is very little.

I have succeeded in "un Smartying" most of the project, but I still have errors.

It is my own project (I'm not a middleman) and I need to get the site up and running.

One of those high priced westerners got a better offer and refused to finish the scripts. It is a little complicated.

It is probably best to go to PM, however .. as some of the westerners here act like spoiled children when they read something that offends their semi-professional sensibilities.
