    Hi all,

    I am about to start a video site (think youtube) and am looking for a full time programmer to configure, tweak and up-date various aspects on the site. I'll be using clip-share.com software as the base but will require someone with the right knowledge to further customize the site.

    Ideally I would like someone with previous experience with managing a video site, but maybe I'm asking for to much?
