I need a fairly accomplished flash artist to create some cartoon flash content for a new site. Sense of humor required I also need a website creator to put all my requirements together into a working site. I need to be able to host videos and display embedded videos from sites like Youtube. Users will need to be able to vote on the videos and leave comments. All of this has to be integrated around the flash content. Please pm me for more details or email me at .
