wanted:f;ash games site set up with script

This is what i am looking for:

you register a cheap .info domain on somewhere that allows free transfers.
you then install a script so i can simply upload games and put them in catergories and its that simple.
Must be registered somewhere with a site builder that allows unlimited web pages,if you understand me.

most i can offer is £5-£10 and i can only pay in cash so this is only available to people in england,unless you would trade it for 30 000 ebooks and gambling ebooks on how to make $1000 a week
